How long will it take to get my trophies? Generally, orders will be filled and shipped out by the next business day. For orders over 100 trophies, please allow more time for processing. How long the shipping time takes depends on where you live. If you need your trophies faster, we also offer 3-Day, 2nd Day, and Overnight shipping.   How much will shipping cost? QuickTrophy uses UPS to ship your trophies. Shipping costs are determined by the type of shipping (Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight Air), your distance from QuickTrophy, and the weight of your trophies. Our average shipping costs for UPS Ground service are about $9 per order. Expedited shipping rates are higher.   How much does engraving cost? At QuickTrophy there is no additional charge for engraving on trophies. Medals are available engraved or not engraved for a discount.    Can I order by phone or fax? Absolutely! If you do not want to order using the internet, you can fax your order to us at 906-228-9865. Or you can call us toll free at 1-866-200-1234 Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST, and on Friday we are open until noon.     What happens if I don’t like my trophies? QuickTrophy features a Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be pleased with the trophies we send you. If your trophies arrive damaged, we will replace them, absolutely free. If you do not like your trophies, we will gladly exchange them for any other trophy or award in our selection and either refund or charge you the difference. If you still do not like the trophies, we will refund your money once the trophies are returned – less a 15% restocking fee for trophies and 50% restocking fee for plaques, glass and acrylics, which cannot be reused.
